Every morning I wake up to an inexplicable sense of dread, a seizing musculoskeletal system, exhaustion, and a flop sweat. It’s fun. But, through a lifetime of research, I have found some ways to lighten my sunny morning disposition. I’ve also found ways to cope with extreme trauma. Not all of these ways have been healthy…I’m not including those at this time! I will in the future.

This page is dedicated to little tricks and deeper philosophies in how to keep on living…this is only from my experience. This may or may not work for you. I have to say though, I’ve found tons of super fun and beautiful things to do while we are here on this planet. I will keep adding on to this with all of the medical miracles I have tried and new pieces of inspiration. Please share your discoveries in how to stay alive and how you manage to enjoy your ride…

We know that music makes people less anxious, we know that people who listen to music and experience it deeply feel less pain, that is science. We know that with music, people feel less depressed. You feel more energized you feel connected to something higher, something that is bigger than your immediate experience and isn’t that something we all need?

I have choreographed the “Oh What A Beautiful Morning Kitchen Version” ballet. This ballet confuses the dog, would be humiliating if any human ever saw it and uplifts my silly spirit. I highly recommend trying it! It will at least make you laugh. Which is highly important.

Good Words:

“I am a human being, therefore, I’m enough.” Harry Mastrogeorge

“Everyday we get to witness the beautiful transformative power of dance.” Twitch

“Stop trying to protect, to rescue, to judge, to manage the lives around you . . . remember that the lives of others are not your business. They are their business. They are God’s business . . . even your own life is not your business. It also is God’s business. Leave it to God. It is an astonishing thought. It can become a life-transforming thought . . . unclench the fists of your spirit and take it easy . . . What deadens us most to God’s presence within us, I think, is the inner dialogue that we are continuously engaged in with ourselves, the endless chatter of human thought. I suspect that there is nothing more crucial to true spiritual comfort . . . than being able from time to time to stop that chatter . . . ” — Frederick Buechner
